Horizon Planning and the INUA Radar Screening Forum – supported by the UK Government’s FCO British Embassy Mongolia
This 6-month project examined the capacity in UB City to horizon plan and brought together key individuals from government, academic, private and third sector organisations to address the first steps in a new collaborative and practical approach to planning the resilient future of Mongolia and UB City. The project discovered a pressing need for open source data and an independent trusted systems access point vital for the successful adoption, implementation and tracking of the SDGs, Mongolia’s own Green Development Goals and the Smart City and e-Government agenda.
